The Republic bar and restaurant in Minneapolis’ West Financial institution will quickly have a new resident culinary team – Union Hmong Kitchen.
Showcasing award-successful chef Yia Vang, Union Hmong Kitchen will commence the residency Oct. 23 and run until finally Vang’s new restaurant thought, Vinai, opens in mid-spring.
Alongside with a new brunch presenting, the menu is established to incorporate “Khao Poon Noodle Soup, Hmong Very hot Dish, and enthusiast-favorite Fried Rooster Sandwich, in addition to a each day Pho specific,” in accordance to a press launch.
